1. General and acceptance of the Terms

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern use of the marketing website getmemo.co.il (the "Site") of Memo Technologies Ltd. (Company No. 517166492) ("Memo" or "the Company"). Using the Site constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and of the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Terms, please refrain from using the Site. For convenience, the Terms are written in the masculine form only and refer to all genders.

2. About the service

Memo provides a self-service digital photo and printing experience for events, such as weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, corporate events and birthdays: the user scans a QR code and takes a selfie using their own phone's browser, without installing an app, and the photo is printed as a magnet available for pickup at the event. This Site is a marketing website only; use of the photo service itself at the event is subject to separate terms of use and a separate privacy policy presented to the user within the service.

3. Use of the Site

The Site is informational only. No sales, payment processing or online payments take place on it. The commercial engagement for providing a service at an event is carried out through separate channels with the Company.

4. Minimum age

Use of the Site and the service is intended for those aged 18 and over only.

5. Prohibited uses

The Site may not be used for any unlawful or improper purpose, including: harming the operation or security of the Site, attempting to gain unauthorized access, automated collection of content (scraping), infringing third-party rights, or unauthorized commercial use of the Site's content.

6. Intellectual property

All rights in the Site, its design, trademarks, logo and content are reserved to the Company or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without the Company's prior written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "AS-IS" and subject to availability. The Company does not warrant continuous, error-free operation. Subject to law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or special damages arising from use of the Site, and its liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

8. Third-party links

The Site may include links to, or embedded components of, external services (such as YouTube and social networks) that are not under the Company's control. The Company is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those services.

9. Indemnification

You undertake to indemnify the Company for any damage, loss or expense (including attorneys' fees) incurred by it due to your breach of the Terms or due to unlawful use of the Site.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed solely by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to these Terms shall lie with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv District.

11. Changes to the Terms

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page and will be binding from the date of its publication.
